Restoring People. Restoring Places.
P23 Foundation is a faith-rooted nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, committed to providing private supportive housing for women and children while thoughtfully restoring underutilized properties within the communities we serve.
We believe true restoration strengthens both lives and neighborhoods.
P23 Foundation was inspired by Psalm 23, a reminder that even in life’s most uncertain seasons, God provides peace, direction, and restoration.
We recognize that many women and families experience seasons of instability that require more than temporary relief. They require safety, dignity, structure, and support.
P23 exists to create spaces prepared with care, where women and children can stabilize, rebuild, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
A Model Rooted in Stewardship.
Unlike traditional shelter models, P23 Foundation strategically acquires overlooked or underutilized properties throughout Atlanta and transforms them into private, apartment-style supportive housing environments.
Our approach:
• Preserves neighborhood character
• Reclaims existing community assets
• Provides dignified, trauma-informed housing
• Integrates structured support and navigation
We believe buildings can be restored just as lives can be restored, with intention, care, and stewardship.
To serve women and children through private supportive housing, thoughtful redevelopment, and faith-rooted guidance that fosters lasting stability.
Restored lives. Renewed spaces. Strengthened communities.
